DRIVING DIRECTIONS:

From the North via I-5
  1. Take I-5 Southbound to Exit #162 (Michigan/Corson Street). Follow exit ramp to the RIGHT and merge RIGHT onto Michigan proceeding westbound.
  2. Travel westbound on Michigan to the Marginal Way intersection. Continue westbound through the intersection onto the bridge. You will merge onto the bridge in the right hand lane. Remain in this lane.
  3. Take the FIRST RIGHT at the exit marked 99 South/South Park/West Marginal Way after crossing over the water. The exit ramp curves down and to the right to a "T" intersection (South Park). Stay to the right and follow the lighted arrow merge signal on the RIGHT side of the road (99 South/South Park).
  4. The road curves to the right and travels under the bridge. The road straightens out to two lanes. Move into the left lane and at the light, turn LEFT onto Holden.
  5. Travel the approximate length of two blocks to a 4-way stop (Holden and 5th Avenue South). Turn LEFT onto 5th Avenue South.
  6. Travel two blocks to Webster. Turn LEFT onto Webster and immediately LEFT into Ferguson's Parking Lot.
  7. Our office is a well marked, two-story, taupe building with blue trim, across the street from our parking lot.
From SeaTac Airport via Highway 99
  1. Take Highway 99 Northbound, traveling approximately 6 miles down a long sloping hill. Watch for exit sign labeled 99 North Seattle - Right 1/4 mile. The actual exit is just beyond the 130th Street intersection light, and only labeled "exit."
  2. Follow the "exit" ramp and merge onto Highway 99 (West Marginal Way) northbound. Remain northbound approximately 6 miles to first intersection light (Holden). Turn RIGHT onto Holden.
  3. Travel the approximate length of two blocks to a 4-way stop (Holden at 5th Avenue South). Turn LEFT onto 5th Avenue South.
  4. Travel two blocks to Webster. Turn LEFT onto Webster and immediately LEFT into Ferguson's Parking Lot.
  5. Our office is a well marked, two-story, taupe building with blue trim, across the street from our parking lot.
From The South via I-5
  1. Take I-5 Northbound to Exit 156 (599 North/Tukwila/West Marginal Way).
  2. Remain on Highway 599 (West Marginal Way) northbound approximately 6 miles to first intersection light (Holden). Turn RIGHT on Holden.
  3. Travel the approximate length of two blocks to 4-way stop (Holden and 5th Avenue South). Turn LEFT onto 5th Avenue South.
  4. Travel two blocks to Webster. Turn LEFT onto Webster and immediately LEFT into Ferguson's Parking Lot.
  5. Our office is a well marked, two-story, taupe building with blue trim, across the street from our parking lot.
