The Estimator position requires an individual with 7-10 years of "full charge" conceptual and hard bid estimating experience in tilt-up and multi-story, concrete, masonry and steel building structures.  Timberline and Excel experience required.  Expedition experience helpful.  Duties include conceptual estimating, quantity survey, pricing, analysis of subcontractor bids, negotiating subcontracts, historical cost studies & interaction with Owners, Architects and Subcontractors.
