The position of Superintendent at Ferguson Construction requires an individual who is responsible for the timely, cost-effective placement of the contracted work, and for the supervision of all field construction work. They also implement and enforce all pertinent safety and quality control policies and procedures. Qualifications include a minimum of five years of field supervisory experience in the construction of major commercial and/or institutional building projects.
