Celebrating AC Hotel Seattle's feature as the Project of the Week in the Seattle Daily Journal of Commerce!
"Located at 117 Yale Ave. N. in Seattle’s South Lake Union neighborhood, the 11-story AC Hotel was designed for “Beautiful Functionality” — with a minimal design aesthetic and maximum efficiency of building layout.
The 78,527 Square-foot hotel, part of the Marriott brand, features 200 guest rooms, a gym, conference room and lobby bar. Located on a mid-block site. A public pass-through was designed to add a full-depth interactive storefront for the hotel's ground-floor amenities.
Above the ground floor, an "H" shaped layout maximizes suite distribution and views. And full-height glazing adds spaciousness to the guest rooms."
